We begin this journey with the most common medicinal plants that grow in the Himalayas or can be grown here, as dried plant material to be consumed mostly as teas and infusions. Please read the Product overview to get an idea. Individual herbs are offered for the initiated and exploring herbalists, to create their own elixirs. We have specific blends for everyone else. Our first offerings take inspiration from the hill communities and offer 'Food as Medicine'  boosting nutrition, rich in anti oxidants and anti microbials, fight pathogens and stress, and help with repair and detoxification. Some are elixirs of longevity and vitality, or tonic and protective to specific systems of the body. A few of our herbs and natural remedies also reach out to your plants and to your pets!!
